About the Role
The Sales Department at Pramyan drives revenue growth through student enrollments and course sales. We focus on converting leads into satisfied customers while ensuring an excellent sales experience.
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets (demos, enrollments & revenue)
- Respond to leads within 15 minutes & manage leads effectively
- Conduct demo sessions & convert prospects into enrolled students
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective & existing customers
- Update and manage CRM records accurately
- Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis & generate referrals
- Revenue target achievement
- Demo-to-enrollment conversion rate
- Lead response time (within 15 minutes)
- CRM accuracy & customer satisfaction scores
