Close new business consistently at or above quota level
Work closely and collaboratively with sales management to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
Schedule and conduct needs qualification calls and product demonstrations with prospects
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunityCapabilities:
Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to overcome
objections Previous SDR experience and familiarity with the human
resources space is an asset
Superior communications skills, excellent verbal capacity, and the ability to capture an audience during a presentation
Competitive and self-driven
Energy, passion, humour, compassion and enthusiasm
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast pace environment
Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player. Enjoys task based and goal based work
