Converting MQLs into SQLs

  • Researching on assigned MQLs. Gathering insights including prospect’s business model, company size, needs/challenges, and key decision-makers.
  • Generating sales‑ready meetings for Account Executives.
  • Assessing the needs of potential leads to determine if they are a good fit for the TKXEL's services.
  • Managing more complex leads compared to L1, including those that may require deeper understanding of the product/service.

Pipeline Management

  • Analyzing new/old pipeline data to identify bottlenecks in order to improve the sales process.
  • Tracking and updating lead status in CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on the progress of each lead in the sales funnel.

Lead Generation
