European Sales Group is a fast‑growing French‑founded company based in Barcelona, specialising in outsourced B2B sales. With over 30 professionals and two offices, we are expanding across multiple markets.
As the first Sales Development Representative on the German market, you will play a key role in booking high‑quality meetings, generating leads, and accelerating our clients' growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospect decision‑makers (C‑suite, senior executives, department heads), with a strong focus on cold calling
- Create the first contact with prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities
- Tailor pitch and outreach based on live market feedback
- Partner closely with the SalesOps team to refine approach using cutting‑edge tools
- Own client relationships: host weekly check‑ins, share results, prepare future meetings, and refine strategy
