We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a hunter role. You’ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with healthcare decision‑makers. This is a high‑energy position for someone who loves opening doors, building relationships, and driving pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Cold Calling: Identify and engage new healthcare prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach (50‑70 calls per day).
  • Lead Qualification: Follow up on inbound leads, assess fit, and nurture them into opportunities. Understand challenges such as interoperability, patient engagement, cost containment, and compliance.
