Job Description
We are building a large-scale AI call center platform for financial services, telecom and insurance. Our mission is to create the world's most advanced voice AI system for non-technical users - combining a proprietary LLM + TTS voice engine, performance analytics to continuously optimize AI outcomes. The platform supports 500+ concurrent calls 24/7, integrates directly with CRM and telephony systems, and is fully deployed in production.
Since launching our AI call center platform, we have processed tens of millions of calls in just the first months of operation.
