This is a strategic commercial role focused on generating new business, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value outsourcing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BPO market
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level and senior stakeholders)
  • Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals
