Sales Development Representative – Kainos

Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual team targets, producing a high‑quality pipeline.
  • Collaborate on prospecting and opportunity qualification activities, engaging and generating prospects through multiple channels and maturing them into sales opportunities.
  • Understand buyer personas, build trust and articulate their challenges and potential solutions.
  • Work with the Marketing team, Regional Managers and Account Executives to create and execute demand generation for strategic account lists, events and territory planning.
  • Represent Kainos as a professional and market‑leading supplier, presenting to prospects and customers to position the company and its offerings.
