About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation for a B2B SaaS company targeting U.S. and European markets.
This role is focused on proactive outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. You will work closely with Account Executives and marketing to identify, engage, and convert high value prospects into sales opportunities.
This is a remote role based in Latin America with required overlap with U.S. and/or European business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buyer personas
Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot
