Job Description
My client is a fast-growing European SaaS company specialized in payroll and HR software, currently building its commercial engine in Spain.
They are looking for multiples SDR to generate qualified pipeline and fuel the growth of the Spanish market.
- Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Identify, target, and engage new prospects through structured and repeatable outbound strategies (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Qualification & SQL Generation: Qualify prospects against defined ICP criteria and convert them into high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the AE team.
- Meeting Booking & Handoff: Book qualified discovery meetings and ensure clean, structured handoff of opportunities to Account Executives.
- CRM & Data Discipline: Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring strong visibility.
