About Leads to Green: We're a boutique lead gen agency ) delivering qualified outbound leads to B2B SMBs and startups. Help founders and sales leaders fill pipelines without building in-house teams.
Your Role: Generate 25-30 meetings/month via LinkedIn, email sequences, and calls. Own prospecting ICPs (SMB owners/CEOs needing pipeline growth), qualify leads using gap-selling, and hand off to client.
Key Responsibilities
Book discovery calls with SMB decision-makers facing pipeline gaps.
Hit KPIs: 80 dials/emails/day and 5-6 SQLs/week.
Log all activity in CRM; collaborate on sequence optimization.
Requirements
1+ years outbound B2B sales/lead gen (bonus: SMB or services experience).
