Job Description

**What you’ll do:**

The Sales Development Program & Training Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the implementation of segment strategy across Eaton’s sales teams in the EMEA region. This role combines the responsibilities of training, coaching, content localization, strategic enablement, and change management. The coach will ensure that centrally defined standards and best practices are effectively localized and adopted by segment sales teams, enabling them to confidently sell Eaton’s hardware, software, and service offerings through value-based selling.

Key Responsibilities
• Training & Coaching
- Deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), and coaching sessions tailored to segment strategy and portfolio.
- Facilitate mentoring opportunities and peer learning across sales teams.
- Develop and manage a community of local T3 (Train-the-Trainer) champions to scale training delivery in multiple languages.
