Sales Development Program

Job Description

The Sales Development Program is a comprehensive 2 year program designed to take an “A” player who doesn’t know our industry, and give them the training, coaching and mentoring to become a successful Account Manager. You will become familiar with every product, service, procedure and person, adding an invaluable group of contacts and friendships to your network. 

You will get the opportunity to work in all the supporting roles in a high performing business as you learn the ropes from the ground up. At the end of the training program you will have the tools, resources and training to be successful in this new career. Your key program segments include:

Warehouse: 6 months - You will develop product knowledge (shipping, receiving, picking orders, stocking goods), complete our health & safety program, have accountability of products and order logistics, and develop an understanding of warehouse importance in customer satisfaction. T...
