Responsibilities
- Participating in establishing the Commercial actions plan
- Plan and conduct phone calls mostly & commercial visits as per agency sales’ segmentation
- Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal & CEVA)
- Identify the commercial market opportunities, develop market shares and/or improve outcomes according to commercial strategy
- Update commercial data and customer feedback in CRM (Opportunities, lead, contacts)
- Reach their targets in SVPC (Sales visits Phone Calls) and qualitative targets monitored in Analytics
- Relay pricing requests from customers to Sales Support
- Relay other requests from customers to Customer Care
- Each team can specialize in a specific type of customer (FFW / BCO) or import/export (for customers doing both, keep one sales doing import and export), by localization, by commodity, or by trade specificity (e.g., X-tra...
