About the Role

We are looking for a
Sales Development Manager
to oversee and guide a team of SDR responsible for selling services to owner-operators in the trucking industry.

This role ensures the team meets performance goals, follows best practices, and delivers exceptional results in promoting 10-4 WEX, Truckloads Loadboard, Factoring Services, and the Trucker Path App.

Key Responsibilities


• Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate Growth Activation Specialists to achieve individual and team sales targets.


• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, monitor daily activities, and ensure adherence to sales processes.


• Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.


• Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies and campaigns to drive growth and customer acquisition.


• Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to management...
