Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for sales, revenue, profit margin, and customer engagement within the designated area, striving to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all customers and key accounts in the defined region to ensure optimal product positioning.

  • Expand existing business and actively seek new growth opportunities. Provide estimates of potential pipeline, new prospects, and a clear development strategy for each customer.

  • Ensure regular communication and visits to key accounts to uphold high service standards.

  • Collaborate across departments to swiftly resolve specific customer issues, acting as an effective crisis manager when necessary.
