We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth for our North America market. As Inside Sales Team Lead, you will oversee the inside sales function and lead a team of account executives in achieving performance targets.

  • Hire, train, and lead high-performing teams of inside sales representatives selling into the North America market.
  • Guide the team in building, qualifying, and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline toward closure.


To succeed in this role:


  • You should have 5+ years of experience in sales with at least 2 years in an inside sales leadership capacity or similar supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with B2B EdTech SaaS Higher Education markets is preferred but not necessary.

  • A strong understanding of inside sales methodologies and key performance indicators (KPIs).
