Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Respond to, engage with and qualify inbound leads to identify potential sales
opportunities.
● Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email and social platforms to generate new business leads.
● Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account intelligence and execute on
lead generation campaigns.
● Perform market research and analyze trends to identify key opportunities in target
accounts.
● Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, demonstrating professionalism
and product knowledge.
● Build and maintain detailed notes and accurate lead/account data in Salesforce or other
CRM platforms.
● Educate leads on products and services, nurturing them until they are sales-ready.
● Assist in driving attendance to special projects, webinars and events.
● Achieve and exceed assigned quotas and KPIs.
