Responsibilities Processing incoming purchase orders, quotation requests, and customer queries via phone and email. Processing sales invoices. Liaising with transport carriers to confirm delivery dates and updating customers accordingly. Assisting customers at the trade counter. Maintaining accurate records of quotations and orders. Providing support to external sales staff as needed. Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately. Completing scanning and filing duties related to sales orders.
