Sales Customer Service Representative, multiple locations (Call Center)

We are looking for sales-oriented customer service representatives for our client's service center in Helsinki, Varkaus, Kuopio, or Mikkeli. In this role, you will be responsible for sales calls, for example, regarding electricity contracts, fiber optic connections, or fundraising, and you will handle the customer relationship comprehensively up to contract signing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage sales calls related to electricity contracts, fiber optic connections, or fundraising.
• Handle the customer relationship from initial contact to contract signing.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar customer service or sales role, or enthusiasm to learn the profession.

Employment Terms
