Job Description

  • Meet the monthly sales target of $25,000.00 or quarterly sales target of $72,000.00
  • Manage and supervise Production/Installation teams
  • Review drawings and estimate material procurement for project/contract
  • Ensure timely completion and delivery of Project/Contract
  • Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) is adhered at all times
  • Liaise and co-ordintion with customer/client to resolve discrepancies eg. on site measurement, production drawings, material etc.
  • Ensure all Production/Installation workers report to work/site on time
  • Liaise with Project Executive/Supervisor (Worker) on work scheduling and manpower planning
  • Other tasks assigned by the company's Director
