About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage quotations, order processing, invoicing, and customer coordination. The role requires strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely dispatch.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or related role.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and SAP ERP systems is preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send quotations to customers.
  • Handle order booking and sales order entry.
  • Generate invoices and maintain related documentation.
