Franchise Coordinator

  • Assist all prospective franchise inquiries and provide necessary information and support
  • Prepare, review, and finalize Franchise Agreements
  • Develop and present a Gantt chart of activities from store design phase to actual opening date
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure franchise needs are addressed
  • Ensure franchise owners comply fully with the Franchise Agreement and related conditions
  • Manage and monitor the proper operations of franchise outlets
  • Track, update, and ensure timely processing of franchise billings
  • Facilitate post-sales meetings and maintain open dialogue to address franchisee concerns
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and activities to increase exposure for franchise outlets
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager
