Franchise Coordinator
- Assist all prospective franchise inquiries and provide necessary information and support
- Prepare, review, and finalize Franchise Agreements
- Develop and present a Gantt chart of activities from store design phase to actual opening date
- Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure franchise needs are addressed
- Ensure franchise owners comply fully with the Franchise Agreement and related conditions
- Manage and monitor the proper operations of franchise outlets
- Track, update, and ensure timely processing of franchise billings
- Facilitate post-sales meetings and maintain open dialogue to address franchisee concerns
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and activities to increase exposure for franchise outlets
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager
