Sales Coordinator @ UBI near MRT （5 Days + Alternate Saturdays） Responsibilities
  • Process local and overseas Customer’s Purchase Orders
  • Generates Delivery Order, Tax Invoice, Proforma Invoice & Shipping Invoice
  • Coordinate deliveries for local & overseas customer’s orders
  • Liaise with Store/ Warehouse on pick-and-pack
  • Update inventory and Stock check
Job Requirements
  • Possess minimum “O” or “A” Levels
  • 1-2 years related work experience Preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Possess good English/ Chinese communication skills
  • Possess good customer service attitude
