Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and accurate record keeping
Coordinate communication with stakeholders and team members globally
Support basic marketing coordination and liaison activities (templates and guidance provided)
Participate in weekly training and team sessions
Contribute to ongoing process improvement and operational support
