Shangri-La Tokyo is seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you are an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting sales activities, do not miss this opportunity.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience at Front Office and Room Reservations for one-year actual experience worked with Opera.

Core Competencies:

  • A person whose native language is Japanese or who holds qualifications to work in Japan and can read and write in Japanese without any difficulty in business interactions with Japanese clients.
  • Strong administration skills
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Good command in English communication
  • Familiar with Computer Operations (Opera, Delphi and Office Software)

  • 日本語が母語又は日本で就労可能な資格を有し、日本語での読み書きが日本人のクライアントとのビジネスで支障なく行える
  • アドミニストレーション業務の経験
  • 他者と効果的に交流し、良好な関係を築ける
  • 英語でのコミュニケーションが取れる
