Sales Coordinator
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise post-sales operations in collaboration with Sales & Operations teams, including management of SLAs.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Process Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in SAP/ERP systems.
• Manage PRQ, GRN, Delivery Notes, stores, and inventory control.
• Liaise with Accounts for invoicing and credit control checks.
• Follow up on Statements of Account (SOA) and support collection processes.
• Provide sales and administrative support including handling calls, coordinating vendors, managing calendars, and scheduling site visits.
• Support the Sales Team in achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies.
