• Coordinates with their Calibration Sales & Service Engineers when required in order to complete quotations and to ensure PO are received and acknowledged when the Calibration Sales & Service Engineers is out on a client visit.
• Answers inquiries from new clients, received through phone calls and email. Ensuring all clients calls, email and personal inquiries are promptly and efficiently handled to achieve targets and objectives by maximizing sales opportunities.
• Does prospecting and qualifying of sales leads, sends letters of introduction and makes sales calls and sales presentations to shortlisted leads and previous customers that are already non-producing.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
