Qualifications
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team
- Prepare proposals and contracts
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events
- Handle client correspondence and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in the sales system
- Assist with site inspections and client visits
- Support sales activities, promotions, and campaigns as assigned
- Prepare and submit assigned sales reports accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
