We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join VITA Brands Nordics

The Sales Coordinator supports the Nordic sales organization by ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate data, and a high level of service toward both customers and internal teams. The role works closely with KAMs and cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Main responsibilities

• Maintain customer and product master data in SAP
• Manage pricing, discounts, and customer agreements in SAP and PriceFX
• Handle product listings, delistings, and assortments
• Update external databases and provide accurate customer data
