Job Description:
- Aid in the work activities of the Airtime Manager.
- To actively support and help sales managers, for example. activating Sim cards, creating customer accounts, and other things to handle quoting requests that come in by phone or email.
- To enter, manage, and terminate orders within the Navision ERP system.
- To oversee and maintain several portals (configure, update, and set up, among other things)
- To keep an eye on vessels' internet connectivity.
- Must be in charge of the order's entire process
