Job Description

Sales & Customer Support

• Support sales representatives with quotations, order processing, and customer follow-ups

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and delivery

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Order Management & Coordination

• Process sales orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems

• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely delivery

• Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues or delays

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and manage sales-related documents including quotations, contracts, invoices, and shipping paperwork

• Ensure compliance with chemical regulations.
