We are currently seeking a motivated Full Time Sales Coordinator to join our team based at Mitchell.

Job Description

Provide support to the Sales Representatives. Establish and build relationships with new customers for our Commercial Division. Represent Harvey Norman with strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Confirm orders with customers
• Ordering stock from suppliers for customer orders
• Managing Stock Movement on customer orders
• Confirming details on quotes are correct with the customer and sales representative such as delivery address, site contact, products and quantities, etc.
• Assist with Quoting of  products  
• Raise Sub Accounts when necessary
• Enter Contracts into Portal
• Liaise with customers and arrange delivery of goods
