Job Description
- Assists the Sales Manager in maintaining and cultivating good relationships between key accounts and assists clients during plant visits and with their project concerns.
- Provides proper documentation and systematic record keeping of up-to-date client and project records for easy file retrieval within the Sales Department.
- Coordinates with the accounting Department and clients regarding the status of the billing for collection purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or any related position
- Ability to create a sales presentation, multi-task, adhere to deadlines, accept criticisms, and work under pressure
- Good communication, customer service, cooperation, and organizational skills
