Overview

The Sales Supervisor for General Trade is responsible for leading a team of Sales Team to achieve sales targets, expand market coverage, and ensure excellent execution of trade marketing initiatives for processed meat products. This role ensures availability, visibility, and sell-out of products in general trade channels such as wholesalers, sari-sari stores, public markets, and community retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
  • Monitor and ensure proper coverage of assigned territories and key accounts within the General Trade channel.
  • Implement route plans and ensure 100% compliance to call schedules.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
