KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering customer experiences with measurable KPIs and supporting the Company strategy, priorities, and achievement of local business targets, and working in close cooperation with all stakeholders seeking proactive actions for continuous improvement.
  • Working as an active Key Customer Team member in creating leads, opportunity development, reaching business targets, and increasing SKF knowledge and success with key customers.
  • Ensuring Customer Experience Team is the first and single contact point working toward rate Ticket Management service level One stop service.
