SUMMARY
Legends Global, the world’s leading venue management and services company, has an immediate opening for a Sales Coordinator at Destination El Paso. This role provides critical administrative and operational support to the Sales Department. The sales Coordinator assists in organizing and maintaining sales records, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales strategies to meet departmental goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include, but are not limited to:
+ Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Sales and Sales Managers.
+ Maintain and update the sales and event calendar database (CRM Systems-IDSS/Momentus), ensuring data accuracy for events, client contacts, and venue bookings.
