Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.

  • Involve in the entire sales order process, from quotation, data entry, production scheduling, invoicing & payment, shipment, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer services to clients, including answering enquiries, compliant follow up, status updating, etc.
  • Assist in following up the marketing plans for new product launches and promotion program
  • Work closely with various area supervisors and other departments for product info update as well as ensure the orders are in track
  • Compile sales and inventory report on a regular basis
  • Provide assistance to effective the day-to-day administrative issues of the department
    • Requirement: :
  • Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales support function
