Job Description

This integral position coordinates and executes activities related to sales in British Columbia. The Sales Coordinator reports to the Field Sales Director, providing support with any sales & marketing-related and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day point of contact and support for the Sales Team
  • Liaise between Customer Marketing and Sales
  • Prepare, update and distribute monthly sales tools and materials on time, ensuring accuracy
  • Assist team with CRM tool, inputting and tracking objectives
  • Assist in the preparation, organization and participation of tastings, team meetings, training seminars, supplier visits and events
  • Monthly Inventory Management
  • LTO Submission
  • Data Entry
  • Coordinate sample and POS pick up and shipment as needed
  • Maintain office space
  • Locker management
