Job Description
This integral position coordinates and executes activities related to sales in British Columbia. The Sales Coordinator reports to the Field Sales Director, providing support with any sales & marketing-related and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Day to day point of contact and support for the Sales Team
- Liaise between Customer Marketing and Sales
- Prepare, update and distribute monthly sales tools and materials on time, ensuring accuracy
- Assist team with CRM tool, inputting and tracking objectives
- Assist in the preparation, organization and participation of tastings, team meetings, training seminars, supplier visits and events
- Monthly Inventory Management
- LTO Submission
- Data Entry
- Coordinate sample and POS pick up and shipment as needed
- Maintain office space
- Locker management
