ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Sales Coordinators are part of our centralised Industrial Sales Operations team and use their unique blend of operational skills and industry knowledge to support our Industrial Sales & Vendor Management teams to deliver outstanding customer service to both buyers and vendors, ensuring they have a seamless and awesome experience. This is done by supporting the Sales & Vendor Management teams to effectively manage our customers assets and maximise the returns, enabling them to spend more time on securing new business.

This role would suit someone who has strong customer service experience both face to face and via email, with truck & machinery product knowledge being highly advantageous. This position is based at our Bibra Lake branch and the working hours are full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
