Job Description
- Administration and coordination of internal sales meetings.
- Administration and coordination of monthly sales reports.
- Tracking of stock levels and the ordering of stock to ensure adequate product levels.
- Arrange the collection and delivery of products as per requirements of Company and Client.
- Client liaison through various communication methods and media.
- Major support role to sales staff by providing sales data, ordering and distribution of products to staff as per requests received.
- Assisting the Financial Department with reporting, invoicing and all other functions pertaining to your role and departmental support.
- Assisting the Marking Department with sales and other relevant data.
- All other duties which may be required in line with capabilities and operational requirements.
- Min Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification
