Job Description

  • Administration and coordination of internal sales meetings.
  • Administration and coordination of monthly sales reports.
  • Tracking of stock levels and the ordering of stock to ensure adequate product levels.
  • Arrange the collection and delivery of products as per requirements of Company and Client.
  • Client liaison through various communication methods and media.
  • Major support role to sales staff by providing sales data, ordering and distribution of products to staff as per requests received.
  • Assisting the Financial Department with reporting, invoicing and all other functions pertaining to your role and departmental support.
  • Assisting the Marking Department with sales and other relevant data.
  • All other duties which may be required in line with capabilities and operational requirements.
  • Min Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification
