As a Sales Coordinator reporting to the Corporate Rental Manager, you'll oversee the customer order process from start to finish. Key responsibilities include coordinating equipment orders, maintaining inventory in the SILK operating system, and processing customer invoices. Your role ensures smooth communication between Sales Representatives, Vendors, and customers throughout the order lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order equipment from OEMs as needed
• Communicate with Sales reps regarding order specifications
• Enter new and used equipment data into SILK
• Process purchase orders and supplier invoices
• Create shipping documents and maintain filing system
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience in material handling is a plus
