We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and process sales orders
- Coordinate daily production planning and delivery arrangements
- Support daily administrative and filing duties
- Communicate with customers and internal departments
- Assist in general office coordination
- Able to communicate in Chinese and English
- Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office skills
- Good communication and multitasking abilities
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
- Minimum 2 years of working experience preferred
- Telephone sales experience is an advantage
