A Problem solver, passion organized team player with good interpersonal and communication skills set, resources and adaptive to change. The ability to track & tracing the status of sales orders by means of system, monitor closely to ensure delivery schedules are met. The role is a diverse one, involving a range of duties including planning, work assignment, coordinating meetings, addressing customer issues or complaints and resolving problems. Alert with marketing trends and always looking at ways to improve customer service, recommend viable working methods, standard operating procedures (SOP) and working conditions.
