Webb’s Machinery is a six-store New Holland dealership located in several Alberta communities. We specialize in agricultural equipment sales and service. We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Wainwright location.

Job Description

• Treat all customers and prospective customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
• Listen to and understand customer needs and take action to meet those needs with the equipment and services offered by the dealership.
• Create a customer base through effective prospecting and cold calling within an assigned territory. Follow-up with customers within 24 hours.
• Keep detailed records of all interactions with customers and complete customer profiles in IronHQ. Conduct a minimum of 5 customer contacts per day and complete 1 customer profile per week.
