Sales Consultant – Truro
£32,000-£35,000 + Commission
Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm
As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all sales on an exciting new development in the heart of Cornwall. This is an exciting time to join one of Cornwall's most prestigious house builders, known for their luxury brand and quality build. Reporting to the Sales Manager, key responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Successfully qualify, close and support the sales process through to legal completion.
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction to all customers.
- Ensure show homes/sales office presentation meets company standards at all times.
- Be fully aware of all of the benefits and unique selling points of each home.
- Assist in market research to support the department.
- General marketing duties.
- General Administration.
