We're looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team, someone who genuinely loves computer hardware and gets a kick out of helping people find exactly what they need. What You'll Be Doing Every Day: Customer Service: You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers rely on. Whether it's live chat, email, or a quick call, you'll be helping people make confident purchasing decisions. Order Processing: Handling customer orders accurately and efficiently so nothing falls through the cracks, all while keeping customers updated along the way. Procurement: Working with suppliers to source stock, chase the best deals and keep our shelves stocked with what our customers actually want.
