A Sales Consultant is responsible for converting inbound enquiries into paying customers by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable services, and matching customers with the most appropriate solutions. The role involves building strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approach, achieving sales and conversion targets, managing customer interactions within a CRM system, handling enquiries and escalations professionally, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the organisation's commitment to providing high-quality, customer-focused service.
