About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Compensation Supervisor to manage and streamline commission and incentive payouts for our sales partners. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in compensation processes while working closely with Sales, Finance, and the Accounts Receivable Management Group (ARMG). The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Compensation Plans
Implement, monitor, and communicate structured compensation plans; adjust based on business needs or market trends.
- Commission Processing
Oversee timely and accurate computation of commissions and incentives; manage documentation, approvals, and issue resolution.
