The Opportunity
We're looking to fill an opening for a Sales Compensation Manager to join our Total Rewards team. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Sales Compensation Manager is responsible for overseeing sales incentive compensation at Aviso. This role will design and implement incentive compensation plans across all business lines to meet strategic business goals. Partnership with Aviso's Sales, Finance and People teams will be instrumental in establishing streamlined processes and effective incentive programs that comply with corporate governance.
